Life is never what it's cracked up to be so let just face this music and dance. Nothing is ever as good as it seems at first so let's just get used to be disappointed.
The smiles fade and the fires burn out and even sex doesn't seem to really do it for me anymore cause I don't feel anything until it cuts me right down the bone. And I think this is what they call hitting rock bottom. And we only fall down so we can learn to get back up so let's just face this music and dance.
And dance and dance and dance until the muscles are too sore to move because if I've learned anything from the falls and the getting back up and the sore muscles is that none of this is going to matter tomorrow.
